Checks and balances (Alpha 1.0)

This just a little flash game I made based off of what I learned in my social studies class. I'm thinking about updating it in the near future. This game may appear zoomed in a bit. If it is I'm sorry but I'll fix it in another update(that is if I make another one). If there are any bugs in the game, please let me know. Hope you enjoy.
